Born into a military family and a proud military spouse for over 29 years, Sarah has a personal understanding of the challenges and excitement that come with frequent relocations. With nearly 20 moves and her own experience with personally buying and selling 15 homes, she’s an invaluable resource for military families navigating the real estate process in areas surrounding Ft Meade and the Naval Academy; including Anne Arundel County, Howard County and Prince George's County.

As a certified Military Relocation Specialist, Sarah ensures a smooth and stress-free transition for her clients, which has helped place her among the top 0.1% of NAR Member in Maryland. Sarah is also passionate about educating others on serving military families. She developed PCS Certified, a course designed to train real estate agents on the intricacies of working with service members, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and expertise. Her goal is help educate the real estate industry in the PCS process.

To streamline the home buying and selling process, Sarah founded The PCS Home Team, a full-service real estate team specializing in relocation and luxury home services in Anne Arundel County, Howard County and Prince George's County. Our team is dedicated to ensuring our client's real estate needs are at the forefront of their every action.
